We offer various packages to suit your companies needs and take pride in making sure that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. The Boma is within easy driving distance from Port Elizabeth making us highly accessible and yet remote enough to be away from all distraction, leaving you to get down to business in a peaceful and beautiful, but highly organized environment.
Our venue can cater for up to 120 people, and our genuine African feel makes us the colourful and intelligent alternative when it comes to holding your corporate functions. Our Function Coordinator will guide and assist you to ensure that your companies event is a perfect reflection of the professionalism with which your business is run.
VENUE HIRE
  
The Venue hire fee entitles you to exclusive use of the venue, tables, chairs, table cloths, projector screen, cutlery and crockery, Sparkling or Still mineral water and mints.
BAR FACILITIES
We are a fully licensed venue and offer full cash bar facilities.
The rate for a Barman for the day and gratuity is at your discretion.
EXTRA COSTS
- Projector - We do offer the usage of our projector, however you may bring your own projector
- Should you wish to have note pads and pens available
- Screen hire
- Flipchart and pens hire each
- PA System hire
Please note:
A venue hire fee is applicable Conferences.
A deposit of 50% is required to secure your conference booking. This deposit will be offset against your final invoice. This deposit is non-refundable.
Payment in full is due one week prior to the function date.
Venue hire is until 17h00.
